On January 11th of 2016 we are going to open the registrations for the 3dts of this year that will take place in Sant Joan de les Abadesses from March 25th to 27th of 2016. The closing date for entries is February 25th
Method to carry out the inscriptions
Because of the high number of enrolled riders during the last year edition and the conflicts at the last minute that we had in order to try to keep out of the race the minimum number of riders; this year we foresee the registration dates and modify their paperwork.
•The registrations have to be done by the entry form available in our website www.motoclubabadesses.cat. Registrations will not be accepted by any other way.
•The first 150 correctly enrolled riders (properly completed registration form and payment by credit card rights) will have a guaranteed participation for the 3dts and will receive an email confirmation. Registrations received incorrectly or not paid will not be considered.
•When we exceed the first 150 registrations, from then on, they will remain on a waiting list.
•On 27th February we will make a raffle for the waiting list riders. Moto Club Abadesses will inform by email to the riders who have obtained a place for the race. These will be accepted once they have made the payment before March 7th by bank transfer.
•No registrations will be accepted after the deadline.
Entry fees
Entry fees are € 195. Youngsters categories (Juvenil and Cadet) have a reduction of 35% with a final cost of 125 €.
Inscriptions involvements:
•30 daily sections (90 sections in total)
•1 commemorative T-Shirt of the race.
•Daily lunch and refuelling
•The race magazine and a sticker.
In the case that a rider who has paid the registration fee cannot attend the race, the registration fees will be returned with a penalty of 20%.
Licensing admitted to participate in the race
Foreign pilots
"Exit permit" letter from the motorcycling federation of the country of origin is mandatory to be presented along with the pilot license. The letter must contain the UEM code for the 3dts and has to be sent to
Pilots without license (Spanish and foreign pilots):
The Federació Catalana de Motociclisme offers the possibility to run the trial with a social license that includes two races in Catalonia this year (2DTSC, for example) for 99€. This license can be applied at the Office Race on March 24th, when we will do the administrative checks.
This license does not include repatriation to the country of origin in case of accident.
